- Free tickets must be claimed at least five seconds before the advertised start of the game.
- Any bingo tickets not claimed before the start of each game will be void and cannot be carried forward or claimed retrospectively.
- Winnings from bingo tickets will be paid in cash and added to the account balance and can be withdrawn, subject to all applicable verification and security checks.
